Portrait and headshot sessions include basic retouching/editing, digital images (print images if requested for an additional charge) and release form. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Impressive Reflections Photography retains copyright of all images created and will be watermarked with our logo. BY ALLOWING IMPRESSIVE REFLECTIONS TO CAPTURE YOUR SESSION, YOU ARE ALLOWING US THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHATEVER PICTURE(S) OF OUR CHOICE TO BE DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE AND/OR USE THEM FOR OUR MARKETING MATERIALS.* When booking you are agreeing to the above terms *
